Ordering & Shipping 
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.

Order not received 
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email j.alexandrascp@gmail.comwith the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you. 
Please expect a delay in shipping due to Covid19.

Taxes & Duties 
All orders are shipped from our US warehouse, taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

When ordering from the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
